    • Contribute to annual marketing planning and roadmap development for DVV.

    • Support the creation and refinement of go-to-market strategies and value propositions.

    • Participate in leadership check-ins and cross-functional alignment meetings.

    • Leverage market research and competitive insights to inform strategy and messaging.Marketing Execution & Content Development

    • Develop creative briefs and manage the end-to-end production of marketing assets (e.g., flyers, sell sheets, digital content).

    • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and brand alignment.

    • Maintain and update marketing materials in response to compliance or product changes.

    • Support onboarding and open enrollment communications in collaboration with vendorsProject & Operations Management

    • Maintain asset inventories and shared repositories (e.g., Highspot).

    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.

    • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

    Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits.

    • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and product lines.

    • Strong stakeholder -management skills with an ability to present to and gain executive sponsorship for strategic projects.

    • Experience with digital marketing platforms, creative production, and vendor management.

    • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with DVV product lines and the Aetna ecosystem.

    • Experience supporting B2B marketing efforts.

    • Comfort working in a matrixed organization with shifting priorities.Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent education and experience.Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
