Staff ServiceNow IT Asset Management Architect/Engineer

Reporting to the Lead IT Director, Architecture , this position is critical in supporting the development and implementation of the overall ServiceNow Asset Management tools. This role will also have cross functional collaboration with other areas of ServiceNow Platform, including but not limited to being the first point of contact for defect management, and new enhancements development for Asset Management.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of developing on the ServiceNow platform

• 2 years of experience developing ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.

• 5+ years of Advanced Scripting such as Java/Python

• 5+ years of leveraging and developing ServiceNow API/Integration capabilities

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Portal Development such as components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience that expands beyond Catalog Services and ITSM

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in managing large scale

• corporate projects/technical staff

• 3+ years ITIL/Agile experience

• 3+ years experience leading a team of developers

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)BUSINESS OVERVIEW

The typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
