    Position summary

    nd supporting team development to achieve departmental goals.Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coach Clinical Reimbursement Specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.
    • Oversee the Medicare patient qualification process, ensuring all documentation and eligibility criteria are met.
    • Monitor team productivity and quality metrics, implementing process improvements as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with all Medicare regulations and CVS Health policies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, billing, compliance) to resolve complex cases.
    • Develop and deliver training on Medicare qualification standards and regulatory updates.
    • Handle escalations related to patient qualification or reimbursement issues.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and compliance status.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Revenue Cycle or similar Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within billing/collections

    • 1+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare reimbursement or medical insurance/billing.

    • Clear understanding of how Collections and Billing impacts Revenue Cycle operations and financial performance.

    • Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association, or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative.

    • Home healthcare experience.

    • Experience in managing projects involving the collaboration, motivation, and cooperation of a wide variety of people with whom there is no direct reporting relationship.

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to effectively anticipate and respond to issues as needed in a dynamic work environment.

    • Dedication to treating both internal and external constituents as clients and customers, maintaining a flexible customer service approach and orientation that emphasizes service satisfaction and quality.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Education

    • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

    The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $102,081.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
