This position coordinates the physical workplace with the people and work of the organization. Responsible for project support and execution. Prepare layouts, plans and other documents as required for space planning and/or interior design of the CVS Health office spaces. Manage purchases, coordinate delivery, and the installation of furnishings and/or equipment, signage and branding. Coordinate with Portfolio Managers on project execution including move management, furniture management, budgeting and purchase order submissions.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the execution of assigned projects: space planning, move, add, change activities, budgeting and forecasting, project tracking and project related activities as assigned
• Partner on decommission efforts partnering with Portfolio Manager, Senior Planner leading move activities to allow compliant downsize and exit of real estate
• Assist business units with space activities including space transfer, space negotiation and all other space related activities on workplace strategy engagements partner with business units to create to ensure workplace that aligns with the business space needs
• Lead business unit discussions surrounding space planning activities and workspace registration
• Problem solve real time, lead a team of internal and external partners, manage budget, schedule using appropriate systems
• Report on status, budgets and forecast for all project activities
• Work with all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a similar role - corporate workplace space planning

• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe and AutoCAD

• This is a hybrid position - 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with furniture and interior renovations

• Knowledge of strategic space planning

Education
Bachelor's degree, trade school or equivalent experience required (HS Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience)Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
