You will be independently leading the analytics workstream on these projects to provide insights that will drive pertinent business decisions. Since these projects span across many functions, you will be managing and influencing a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders and leaders. You will be independently compiling and cleaning data from many sources, building analytical models and dashboards, and sharing insights directly to functional leaders. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the organization to build your problem solving, data analytics, communications, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
Independently contribute to a diverse set of complex operational improvement projects, including deliverables such as processes analysis, solution design, implementation plans, and training/communication
Structure complex and ambiguous problems and create workplans to take action to solve them
Perform analysis of both strategic and tactical business and operational questions while working independently, pragmatically, and with reliance on creative analytical curiosity
Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Manage and influence a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders and leaders
Compile information from various databases and data systems so that collected data can be integrated and applied to project analysis
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and introduce recommendations based on complex data
Build and run models such as financial modeling, linear regression, capacity analysis, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, and staffing level analysis with limited oversite
Work with business leaders to develop KPI's to measure execution effectiveness
Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPI's and other project related data
Translate complex data into intuitive visualizations and dashboards for various audiences, including senior leaders
Act as an advocate for your team's functional business partner relationship, based on direction from your Business Leader
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to come up with solutions and move people to act
Take ownership of your work and drive projects forward, with coaching from your team
Establish trust-based relationships with project stakeholders
Listen with empathy while synthesizing the most important business information
Communicate effectively with various audiences, in a structured manner
Coach and train more junior members of the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Operations or related quantitative field
3-5 years of relevant data driven experience in an operations or business analyst role
Consulting experience is a plus
High level of intellectual and analytical curiosity
Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PowerBI
Tableau/SQL experience is a plus
Experience organizing and analyzing large data sets from multiple sources for patterns and trends
Experience in translating complex data findings into actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background
Experience in data visualization principles and storytelling techniques
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking when analyzing and resolving issues
Strong project management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Passion for solving tough problems and learning new areas of the business
Comfort working with potentially ambiguous problems and working on projects that are consistently new and challenging
Ability to lead and coach more junior members of the team
