About the Role
As a FP&A Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the In-Market Finance and FP&A teams to drive business performance through strong financial and commercial insight. You will work with senior collaborators and business divisions. You will provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis to support long-term planning, forecasting, and decisions. You will also ensure a robust financial control environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the finance business partner for assigned business unit(s), with day-to-day ownership of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key operational KPIs.
Partnering with business leaders to identify performance drivers, highlight inefficiencies, and unlock opportunities for improved efficiency and value creation.
Supporting the FP&A team with clear, insightful, and user-friendly analysis to enable effective business conversations.
Delivering timely forecasts and insights based on trend analysis and close collaboration with partners.
Leading and supporting monthly management reporting processes, including BPM reports, landing reports, O&R, working capital, and cash flow reporting, and preparing materials for review meetings.
Preparing and submitting the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of market and profit center figures, continuously supervising P&L accounts and resolving inconsistencies.
Applying sound business judgment to complex financial topics, resolving issues, and providing thorough, accurate, and timely analysis as required.
Ensuring finance policies and procedures are understood and consistently followed across the team and the market.
About you
Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business administration
4-5 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling
Strong accounting experience
Good accounting knowledge
Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
Proficient English knowledge
