About You
Experience working in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing environments.
Good understanding of food safety principles, HACCP and GMP.
Experience working with Food Safety Management Systems and audits.
Practical and confident in operational manufacturing environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to influence behaviours and support a positive food safety culture.
Degree-qualified in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Skills & Experience
Knowledge of recognised food safety standards and audit requirements (GFSI-recognised or equivalent).
Experience supporting audits, investigations and corrective actions.
Ability to translate food safety requirements into practical operational controls.
Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Organised, pragmatic and able to manage issues through to resolution.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional working skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with evolving priorities.
