About the Role
In this role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that guide high-quality decision-making across the organization. You will conduct deep financial analysis from multiple business dimensions, ensuring the delivery of a robust annual plan, a focused monthly performance rhythm, and accurate forecasting. A key part of your responsibilities includes generating ad-hoc analysis, resolving complex challenges independently, and providing guidance to cross-functional teams on planning, analysis, and forecasting.
As an expert in financial systems, you will own critical reporting and forecasting cycles, delivering timely, precise information that drives business performance. Your ability to interpret trends, collaborate with business partners, and handle end-to-end financial processes will be instrumental in supporting strategic planning and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of monthly management reporting processes, including BPM reports, landing reports, O&R, Extended Working Capital, and cash-flow reporting and forecasting; prepare executive-ready review decks.
Play a pivotal role in preparing and submitting the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan, working directly with the Finance Director.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of profit center and market-level financials.
Deliver high-quality forecasts grounded in trend analysis, actual performance evaluations, and insights gathered from key partners.
Support critical finance processes requiring strong business judgment by providing accurate, detailed, and timely analysis as required.
About you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
5-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Financial Controlling, ideally with cash management exposure
Strong accounting expertise, with a solid understanding of financial processes and controls
Experience working within a global FMCG organization or a similarly fast-paced, dynamic environment; experience in shared services is a plus
Proven strength in financial and commercial analysis, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with partners at all levels and adapt to diverse markets and cultures
Sophisticated proficiency in BW, SAP, and Power BI, with the capability to approach system challenges holistically and extract insights that drive informed decision-making
Proficient English (written and spoken)
