    About the Role

    As the Reward Manager for Brazil and Southlac (Peru, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay), you'll lead compensation programs aligned with business strategies. Collaborating closely with the Head of Reward LAC, you'll ensure regional programs reflect our HR goals.

    You'll harmonize working methods to ensure competitiveness and fairness while staying updated on local market practices. Working with Benefits Managers and global teams ensures alignment with company guidelines.

    This role also involves developing global compensation tools supporting frontline administration. You'll act as an internal consultant across Latin America.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop compensation philosophy aligned with organizational strategy.

    • Drive Total Reward projects enhancing talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

    • Assess compensation structures; discuss recommendations with HR Leadership.

    • Design Reward Frameworks for different employee generations ensuring consistency.

    • Create Pay Ranges based on benchmarking exercises.

    • Guide job matching processes; develop pay bands.

    • Lead annual salary reviews across markets.

    • Review variable pay plans; propose design modifications aligning with key imperatives.

    • Enhance communication/change management within markets; develop Total Reward capability in HR community.

    • Lead on all compensation issues for businesses operating in-country.

    • Collaborate across HR for effective implementation of reward policies/processes.

    • Provide advisory support designing policies for specific BUs or employee segments.

    • Address off-cycle needs like compensation changes or custom market analysis.

    • Improve awareness/understanding of reward philosophy through communication channels/tools.
