    Position summary

    nual targets in sell-out value, P&L and market share, while driving improvements in key brand equity metrics. Discernment and performance management are crucial.

    • Supporting the creation and execution of outstanding in-market brand plans that outperform competitors through strong 360° strategies - with agility, risk management, and a learning demeanor.

    • Supporting the Business Performance tracking (analysis, action plans, execution)

    • Ensuring brand and product relevance by deeply understanding territory, occasion, and cultural context to connect importantly with consumers.

    • Supporting the A&P management (forecast, POs, etc)

    • Standout colleague: this role must work closely with key collaborators both internally and externally, including Premium Scotch BMs, Culture Manager, Media Manager, Innovation, CMO, Finance, CR, Legal, Global, Agencies, Partners, etc. Collaboration and relationship-building skills are crucial.

    • Effective communication skills (in Spanish and English)

    This is a temporary role in the Marketing team, covering maternity leave.
