    Position summary

    yzing, and reporting data that helps scale our global operations and improve our service delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

    You'll work closely with Senior Analysts and cross-functional teams such as Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Operations, Finance and Customer Experience. to assist in reporting, process improvement, and the development of data-driven insights. Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn new tools, and comfort with working in a data-rich environment are key to success

    You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

    • Support the team in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to inform business decisions

    • Work on creating and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports using tools like Excel and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma)

    • Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and help provide data-driven answers

    • Participate in the demand planning process by supporting data collection and model updates

    • Help identify small-scale opportunities for automation and workflow improvements

    • Monitor and triage incoming requests in our team channel, assisting with ad-hoc problem-solving to help unlock operational efficiencies

    • Collaborate with peers and more senior team members to learn best practices in forecasting and analytics

    • Bachelors degree in quantitative field + 2 years of relevant experience

    • Fluency in English is a must to connect with our partners
