    Position summary

    • Partner closely with Product Managers/Owners and business leaders to ensure our solutions align with GTM strategy, operational needs, and long-term vision

    • Manage planning, capacity, and development schedules across multiple concurrent initiatives

    • Define and uphold development processes that reinforce our commitment to change management, quality, and our software development lifecycle

    • Execute and uphold our agile delivery methodology with transparency and clear communication for all stakeholders

    • Establish best practices, documentation, and operational playbooks to drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability

    • Develop and demonstrate strategies that apply technology to resolve complex organizational and operational challenges

    • Lead a multidisciplinary technical team to design and implement scalable enterprise solutions across CRM, integration, and proprietary platforms

    • Hire, onboard, coach, and grow talented engineers, creating clear paths for career development

    • Co-create solutions with Product Managers/Owners and business stakeholders to support Sales, Support, and Operations

    • Influence and evolve the technical architecture for GTM systems in partnership with other product and engineering teams

    • Scale our development and operations through better processes, observability, and automation

    • Support and integrate additional third-party applications to create holistic, end-to-end solutions for our business processes

    What we're looking for...

    • 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions across modern business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mulesoft, Proprietary Technologies)

    • 2+ years of experience managing a globally distributed engineering or business systems team that supports multiple regions

    • Business-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical decisions or features into business outcomes

    • Deep understanding of designing and building scalable, maintainable solutions using both configuration and code across one or more enterprise platforms

    • Prior experience leading successful implementations that span core sales processes, quote-to-cash, and integrations with backend or financial systems

    • 4+ years of experience leading agile/SCRUM teams in the capacity of an Engineering Manager, Application Engineering Manager, or Technical Team Lead

    • A track record of delivering projects on-time by leveraging strong development processes, estimation, and thoughtful resource allocation

    • Passion for scaling teams and developing individuals in their careers through coaching, feedback, and clear growth paths

    • Comfort operating in a rapidly changing environment with evolving tools, requirements, and stakeholders

    • Ability to manage multiple development streams simultaneously, balancing strategic projects with critical support work

    • Strong presentation and technical writing skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

    • BA/BS/Masters in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant fields

    Compensation

    Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

    In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

    The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.

    $180,000-$225,000 CAD
