You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Quality Assurance, Support, and Legal to ensure Marketplace Quality resources are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business goals. Your work will help improve the Dasher experience, reduce process inefficiencies, and support operational consistency through well-structured documentation, playbooks, and communications.
You are detail-oriented and comfortable zooming out to craft high-level narratives for leadership while also producing precise, tactical content for day-to-day use. You leverage data and insights to inform what content is created, how it is prioritized, and how it evolves over time. You are reliable in executing deliverables on time and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You will report to the Manager of Marketplace Quality Programs within the Trust & Safety organization. This role requires an in-office presence at the DoorDash corporate office in Tempe, AZ, with residency within a 50-mile commute.

Develop deep expertise in DoorDash Marketplace Quality processes and translate them into clear, structured, and scalable content
Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, process guides, and internal resources that support Marketplace Quality initiatives
Partner with internal teams to ensure content reflects upstream and downstream impacts across workflows
Develop subject matter expertise in Identity Verification workflows and related problem spaces, and communicate best practices through written materials
Support high-impact projects by defining goals, documenting outcomes, and communicating progress to leadership and partners
Own content-related workstreams within larger initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability
Contribute to or independently drive initiatives end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing and enablement

You have worked in Fraud, Risk, Legal, or Trust & Safety environments and can communicate complex concepts clearly
You have experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and communicating insights through written or visual content
