    We're looking for a talented and driven performance marketer with strong knowledge of digital marketing channels to join our team. This role will offer you the opportunity to have an immediate impact by managing the performance of paid search and social campaigns that drive merchant acquisition through our self-service onboarding process and support consumer acquisition campaigns across a variety of digital and offline channels. You'll be at the forefront of leading analysis of campaign results, optimizing performance, and making strategic recommendations on media plans to drive the business forward. In this role you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with leading experts at DoorDash responsible for managing specific channels, our media agency partners and our Brand marketing team. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Canada Growth Marketing on the team.

    You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

    • Manage day-to-day operations of digital paid marketing channels, including Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and search (Google, etc.) campaigns, working closely with agency partners and in-house teams to execute campaigns

    • Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing and CPA

    • Develop A/B tests to optimize existing channel performance and test new ad formats or channels to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth

    • Work on end-to-end creative optimization from creating briefs, trafficking assets, to tracking and reporting on creative performance.

    • Build and analyze marketing dashboards to track and monitor performance.

    • Work closely with cross-functional partners across brand, marketing partnerships, strategy & operations, martech and more.

    You're a results-oriented marketer with demonstrated experience managing budgets across acquisition channels. You are highly analytical and count A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance among your core competencies. You are creative and collaborative and work well with teams to tackle challenging problems. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving company at the forefront of on-demand food ordering. Also, you probably love food!

    • 3+ years of performance marketing experience and BA/BS undergraduate degree

    • Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying and optimization (Paid search, Paid Social, Display) as well as exposure to offline media buying (TV, OOH, Radio, etc.), either at an agency or in-house marketing team.

    • You have strong familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV measurement and media mix modeling tools.

    • You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for customer data analysis and budget tracking.

    • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • You have attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline driven atmosphere.

    • Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred)

    • Knowledge of SQL or other data processing scripts as well as building dashboards (nice to have!)

    • Experience working on multi-sided marketplace or App businesses (preferred)

    • French fluency (nice to have!)

    Compensation

    Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

    The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.

    $60,000-$86,000 CAD
