Engineering Manager, Geo Experience

will manage a team of mobile, fullstack and backend engineers. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of the team charter. You will also collaborate greatly with the product, design, operations and peer engineering teams in identifying new opportunities to improve the address intake and validation and overall address experience for customers and the drop off experience for the dashers.

• You have 2+ years of engineering leadership experience as an EM on a full-stack team

• You have 7+ years of industry experience

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
