    Position summary

    for Business across key product surfaces. This role will focus on our efforts to drive awareness and education around operating seamlessly on DoorDash across a number of different initiatives. You'll identify the right Enterprise customers to target and create easy-to-navigate customer journeys in partnership with growth marketing, CRM, content and product, as well as being tasked with identifying net-new strategies for growth outside of the existing integrated strategy. With close mentorship from the Senior Manager, DDfB Marketing and in collaboration with the DDfB Strategy & Ops and product management teams, you will surface audience insights that inform the roadmap and leverage those to build scaled go-to-market campaigns, as well as execute 0-1 experiments that all help increase brand awareness and demand gen for our products.

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly. You will be deeply grounded in audience insights through partnership with research, and analytics, and by driving original research to define the needs of the consumer audience. You will have a track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior product leaders. You will thrive on analytics and set a learning agenda for all projects that raise the bar for impact against engagement and business goals.

    This role reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, DoorDash for Business.

    • Develop full-funnel ENT mrktg campaigns based on foundational messaging & positioning. Coordinate XFN execution across lifecycle, content, performance & sales.

    • Drive organic MQLs organic demand gen strategies (SEO-driven content campaigns, Webinar co-marketing, website conversion optimization (in partnership with Content)

    • In-Product Messaging: partnering with DoorDash for Business S&O + product leadsSDR Sequencing: owns templatized sequences / messaging

    • Create vertical strategy / narratives + localized plays

    • Cx Collateral + Content: ENT-specific external collateral across surfaces (website, paid media, customer success stories)

    We're excited about you because...

    • BA required

    • 6+ years of professional experience in Marketing or Product in a corporate or startup environment

    • Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact, and proven ability to identify opportunities for experimentation grounded in business insight and hypothesis

    • Fluency with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns after the fact

    • Experience collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy/Ops) to build products or services for business customers

    Compensation

    The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

    In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

    See below for paid time off details:

    • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

    • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

    The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

    $129,200-$190,000 USD
