    Position summary

    day-to-day support of live operations. As a leader, you'll foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement while scaling systems and workflows in a fast-evolving space.

    Shift: Flexibility required for working non-standard hours and weekends as needed.

    • Manage and grow a team of RA operators, ensuring high standards of safety, performance, and professionalism.

    • Lead daily operations and drive key performance metrics across safety, responsiveness, and uptime.

    • Partner with QA, engineering, and training to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Ensure consistent execution of shift start-up procedures, handoffs, and daily communications across locations.

    • Track and report operational metrics, identify trends, and implement scalable solutions to improve outcomes.

    • Assist in coordinating staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage based on real-time operational needs.

    • Champion a safety-first culture while driving accountability across team workflows.

    • Serve as a key point of contact for escalations, resource allocation, and issue resolution.

    • Mentor and develop team leads and operators, providing career guidance and performance feedback.

    • You have 4+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or AV operations

    • You've successfully led teams in high-performance environments and are comfortable making decisions with limited guidance.

    • You're an expert in balancing people management and tactical execution

    • You excel at identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions.

    • You're skilled in tools like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, Linux, and GitHub (bonus: AV/robotics familiarity).

    • You communicate clearly across functions and levels, from operators to engineers to executives.

    • You're committed to building a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

    • You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and can adapt quickly to change.
