Senior Associate, Merchant Strategy & Operations

Specifically, you will take ownership of our Merchant Growth and Promos function, which will involve creating and executing new promotions strategies, optimizing existing ones, managing one of the largest budgets to generate the most efficient growth for the business and leading other initiatives that will accelerate the growth of our merchants' businesses.

On our Merchant Operations team, we're looking for a sharp, driven team member to take ownership of core operational metrics, boosting High Quality Delivery rates, minimizing defect-related costs, and driving partner accountability across the board. You'll work side-by-side with Live Ops and cross-functional partners to launch proactive solutions that move the needle fast. We're excited about you because you have...

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, analytics or business operations experience

• A Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is a plus

• Strong analytical horsepower, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights - experience with SQL and financial modeling is a plus

• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a bias toward action
