Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for Lease Accounting
Execute monthly rent roll/lease payment process
Support lease payment reconciliation
Manage monthly meetings and communication with Real Estate Team to ensure that all lease contracts and contract changes are identified and included in the company's lease population
Key owner of the monthly close process and rent roll process for US and foreign entities
Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Consolidated financial statements using accepted procedures
Help provide deliverables to external auditor on annual audits and quarterly reviews
Collaborate and communicate with cross functional partners regarding relevant accounting matters
Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects
We're excited about you because...
4+ years of relevant accounting experience (Accounts Payable experience is a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong written and verbal proficiency in English - you will work with US-based stakeholders
Experience with ERP software is a must (i.e., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manipulate and digest large amounts of data
Collaborative, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
