    Position summary

    • Own monthly invoicing workflows by validating campaign performance data against contractual agreements

    • Review custom contracts as they enter the Ad Operations pipeline to confirm feasibility, accuracy, and operational readiness

    • Serve as a subject-matter expert to Sales and Account teams during campaign scoping

    • Support Accounting by investigating and resolving historical invoice inquiries

    • Audit promotional and banner campaigns prior to launch

    • Maintain documentation including audit logs, trackers, and playbooks

    • Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions

    • You have 1+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, audit, or contract compliance; high growth startup experience preferred.

    • You're comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and data tools to find data during investigations.

    • You are extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high volume in a fast-paced environment.

    • You have a strong ability to work autonomously to troubleshoot issues, communicate to cross-functional stakeholders, escalate as needed, and drive campaign issues to full resolution.

    • You're a self-starter who thrives in changing environments and is eager to expand your skill set.

    Nice to haves

    • You have direct experience working with Ads IOs

    • You've worked with CPC, CPA, CPM, and flat-rate billing models

    • You have experience in B2B invoicing
