Own monthly invoicing workflows by validating campaign performance data against contractual agreements
Review custom contracts as they enter the Ad Operations pipeline to confirm feasibility, accuracy, and operational readiness
Serve as a subject-matter expert to Sales and Account teams during campaign scoping
Support Accounting by investigating and resolving historical invoice inquiries
Audit promotional and banner campaigns prior to launch
Maintain documentation including audit logs, trackers, and playbooks
Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions

You have 1+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, audit, or contract compliance; high growth startup experience preferred.
You're comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and data tools to find data during investigations.
You are extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high volume in a fast-paced environment.
You have a strong ability to work autonomously to troubleshoot issues, communicate to cross-functional stakeholders, escalate as needed, and drive campaign issues to full resolution.
You're a self-starter who thrives in changing environments and is eager to expand your skill set.
Nice to haves
You have direct experience working with Ads IOs
You've worked with CPC, CPA, CPM, and flat-rate billing models
You have experience in B2B invoicing
