What You'll Do

Job purpose:

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help our organization make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, develop insights, and support strategic initiatives.

Activities:

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.

• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

• Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

• Develop and maintain dashboards for ongoing data monitoring.

• Collaborate with teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

• Support the implementation of data strategies and best practices (Super User Oracle).

• Streamline workflows and enhance efficiency to support the rapid growth of the organization.

• Communicating analytical findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Serving as a trusted advisor to numerous stakeholders across multiple business units.

Profile and skills:

• Bachelor's degree at a minimum (Advanced degree preferred).

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
