    Position summary

    ficiency of our demand forecasting and planning processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to develop and implement strategies that optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.

    • Lead the Demand portion of the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process to align demand forecasts with production, procurement, and inventory management plans.

    • Analyze demand patterns and identify potential risks and opportunities to meet business objectives.

    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to incorporate promotional activities, new product launches, and market intelligence into demand forecasts.

    • Monitor and evaluate forecast accuracy and adjust forecasting models and methodologies as needed.

    • Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of demand planning processes.

    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on demand planning performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.

    Minimum Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing demand planning strategies and processes.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.

    • Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems; experience with Kinaxis, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

    • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus.

    Travel Requirements:

    • 5-10%
