    Job Purpose

    Oversee the Field Inventory Program and manage the effective inventory deployment at all the external deposits in the Country, supporting the Field Inventory in performing the plan and contacting the Deposits.

    Ensure the achievement of complete and accurate counts and reconciliation of inventory and assets.

    Verify that all orders in the ERP are being managed and that there are no unmanaged open orders.

    Support the Front Office Customer Service team in the collection of issued shipments waiting to be picked up.

    Support to the Back Office Customer Service team in the collection of the goods subject to expiration date.

    Support to the Back Office Customer Service team and Warehouse in the resolution of goods returned from customers.

    This includes supporting the organization in the development, the continuous improvement and the implementation of new processes and policies.

    Support in training AI models aimed at improving the efficiency of the Operations team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and manage inventory levels to support sales and operations in the deployment and definition of customer deposits.

    • Review External Stock analysis with business unit managers to reduce wherever possible

    • Support in the management of phase-out products market withdrawal.

    • Support in articles swap strategy based on the Operations and Market needs.

    • Inform any external stock risks to business so a plan can be put in place to meet business targets.

    • Define the Inventory Stock Counts program together with the Team and Keep track of the Stock counts performed and of the adherence with the plans and the policies

    • Inform the Customer/Agent/Dealers/Distributors of the incoming Stock Counts and asking for support and location identification

    • Analyse the results of the stock count and relevant discrepancies, follow up with the customers to review and improve accuracy and result, reconcile positives/negatives with other locations and move the missing item into Variance Warehouse according to the WIN Policies

    • Inform Finance of the result by Location in order to write off the discrepancies or to charge the accountable customer/distributor as per Policy Manual

    • Ensure the timely and fully withdraw from the market of the item close to expiring date and coordinate with the warehouse for the shipment of the items for replacement according to the Policies

    • Support Customer Service in the timely and fully withdraw from the market of the kits and sets to return to the head quarter.

    • Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with Work, Health and Safety legislation.

    • Work within the Enovis Surgical team strategies and Code of Conduct.

    • Working with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure needs are fully understood and effective planning and activities are in place.

    • Follow the relevant corporate policies in place and archive the relevant documentation

    • Ensure stakeholders adhere to the process and timelines

    • Working with changing requirements and priorities to meet business and customer needs.

    • Some out of hours and on-call work may be required

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Master degree Industrial/Management Engineering or Business Economics

    • Experience with computerised inventory control systems is preferred.

    • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of all other MS Office suite of software.

    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience (PowerBI a plus)

    • Italian and English languages are a must
