Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: As a BRM, this person will partner with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance) and proactively serves as a "trusted advisor" and the primary IT point of contact to a matrixed, distributed business team. This person will also partner with the international BRM's supporting both P&R and Recon segments globally, while working internally with the IT PMO and IT leadership to align goals and priorities aligned to a comprehensive, global vision for IT and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the relationship between IT and Enovis's domestic business leaders, a rapidly growing business with a very dynamic landscape in multiple modalities, developing technology strategies that align within the overall business & IT strategy.
Ensure the business units understand the technology solution, overall solution delivery, and compliance to governance processes, architecture standards, etc.
Prepare cost-benefit analyses for projects and assist business stakeholders in prioritizing projects submitted to the application governance councils. Work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize requirements (within projects on applications)
Develop recommendation for joint or coordinated application project delivery across business units in collaboration with other business units.
Research, review, analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes, and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes; and
Participate in the IT annual budgeting and planning process for the assigned business units, and track IT spend.
Represent IT at internal and external meetings, working groups, committees, discussions, and meetings with management.
Maintain regular communications with global IT staff to discuss issues, policies and practices
Responsible to approve/sign-off on work items and time schedules for contract staff and monitor work to ensure deliverables are met.
BRM both enables and drives a proactive business-level dialogue and a performance management approach that is focused on maintaining a service culture and delivering value. BRM forms the basis for measuring, communicating and improving IT organization value, both real and perceived. This drives optimization of the return on the organization's IT investment.
Advocate for business priorities within IT while ensuring business leaders understand IT capabilities and constraints.
Provides guidance and advice towards project/program deliverables, issues, processes, and risks

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 8-10 years of related IT business work experience including experience developing and executing IT Strategy for $1B+ global IT organizations in a highly complex and matrixed organization.
Big picture expertise and ability to think strategically and convey leadership messages effectively to all levels of the organization, including executives.
Demonstrated ability to solve highly complex problems within and across teams
Experience with developing strategic materials and concepts for senior business and IT stakeholders; previous consulting experience a plus
Large-scale ERP and CRM implementation experience a must.
Proven leadership and influencing skills including the ability to develop relationships at all levels
Strong communication skills:, written, presentation, and spoken.
Medical device or healthcare industry knowledge a plus
Travel Requirements:
Must be able to travel up to 10-20% of the time; both domestic and international travel will be required.
Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays will be required.
This role will be a critical liaison to several business leaders and face to face engagement, strong interpersonal relationship building will be key and thus travel will be required.
