We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager Market Access to join the Global RECON Regulatory Affairs Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and proven experience in managing cross-functional projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving results in a dynamic and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate project activities across departments to ensure timely and successful execution.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with company goals with relation to the Market Access activities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project reports.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Management or Biomedical Engineering).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the medical devices industry.
Familiarity with MDR (Medical Device Regulation) or similar regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
Certification in Project Management is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
