    Medical Education Associate

    Location : Remote - European locations (preferred: France, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands)

    Position Summary

    The Medical Education Associate is responsible for overseeing all training-related events and the MedEd "Step2Education" program in France and internationally. The Medical Education Associate will report directly to the Medical Education Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Internal & Distributor Training - France & International

    • Develop and coordinate internal training programs.

    • Develop and coordinate training programs for distributors in France and internationally.

    • Facilitate and participate in training sessions conducted in France and abroad;

    • Design and implement tools to assess training outcomes.

    MedEd "Step2Education" Program - France & International

    • Manage and develop external training programs and scientific communication events for healthcare professionals in France and internationally, in line with the marketing strategy.

    • Manage relevant French and international KOLs: animate KOL networks, plan activities supporting the sales teams, review messages, presentations, etc.

    • Oversee Reference Centers in France and internationally.

    General

    • Ensure the follow-up and monitoring of internal and external MedEd budgets;

    • Participate in cross-functional corporate projects.

    • Frequent travel required, including distributor training and presence at events in France and abroad all around the world.

    Qualifications:

    • Holds a Master's degree.

    • Extensive experience in marketing or sales within orthopedics, ideally in the Foot and Ankle segment.

    • Excellent written and spoken English; Knowledge of Spanish would be a real additional asset.

    • Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow;

    • Strong team spirit and initiative;

    • Strong analytical and synthesis skills;

    • Ability to work autonomously with rigor;

    • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects within the company.
