    Position summary

You will work closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, improve sales performance, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales organization..

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making

    • Generate and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key sales KPIs

    • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support sales leadership and cross-functional teams

    • Evaluate and streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales territories, quotas, and incentive programs

    • Assist in sales forecasting activities by analyzing historical data, market trends, and pipeline metrics

    • Support the development of sales targets, budgets, and plans for achieving revenue goals

    • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide insights to inform resource allocation and strategy adjustments

    • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

    Minimum Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

    • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, NetSuite).

    • Experience working in a sales-driven organization and understanding of sales processes and methodologies

    Desired Qualifications

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
