For our Italian Bracing & Supports division, we are currently looking for a Sales Representative & Product Specialist for Lombardia, who will take part into a consolidated team and will report to the National Sales Manager.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Presentation and sale of company products and services to current and potential clients focused on monthly and annual targets to meet or exceed sales objective

• Medical information to clinicians and surgeons

• Technical support and product information to customers, with presentations and product training

• Participation in national congresses and meetings

• Preparation of business proposals, pricing quotes, and presentations necessary to support or close sale

• Initially focused on sales and medical information, with responsibilities also on educational activity in his/her area

• Management and ownership of a product portfolio of leading orthopedic brands DonJoy and Aircast

Requirements

• Education and Experience:

• Medical/scientific Bachelor/master's degree is requested or a previous experience in similar roles

• 1/3 years of experience

• A digital education is preferred, to quickly jump into the company's applications

Technical skills

• Analytical skills - ability to quickly read through data is a plus.

• Languages: a fluent English is mandatory to interact with the international team

• IT skills: Excellent use of Office is mandatory

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

• Flexibility, a proactive approach, and a strong customer orientation

• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned area

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• A strong aptitude for teamwork

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
