st role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a critical initiative to support the company's Executive Compensation programs and equity programs. This role will manage the administration of the stock plans, prepare information for participants, prepare reports, conduct analyses and manage equity related projects in addition to preparing Compensation and Human Capital Management (CHCM) meeting materials and proxy materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all activities related to equity compensation administration
Serve as the key contributor in developing and managing the timely preparation of Compensation and Human Capital Management Committee materials, requiring close coordination with Legal, Finance and Tax, as well as outside counsel and consultants
Assist in the preparation of the annual Proxy statement
Monitor executive compensation and equity regulations and collaborate with legal, accounting and tax departments ensure compliance with all regulations and laws
Prepare reports to support financial disclosures for SEC filings including the drafting and development of the compensation and pay for performance tables for the annual Proxy.
Process equity award activities including grants, agreements, vesting, exercises, terminations, ESPP enrollments and purchases, etc.
Conduct audits and reconciliations
Assists in the analysis and administration of long-term incentive programs, including budgeting and planning, tracking, modeling and delivery • Serve as primary contact for internal and external audit partners for executive compensation and equity related inquiries
Completes or contributes to completion of compensation surveys
Stay updated on federal and state regulations and securities laws
Manage relationship with third-party vendors
Respond promptly to equity related inquiries by internal stakeholders and participants including training on equity topics
Work with leadership to identify, analyze and implement process improvement opportunities
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or Applied Statistics or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing global equity and ESPP programs, Committee materials and proxy data required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with stock plan administration platforms such as Merrill Lynch
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday experience preferred but not required
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification preferred but not require

Extremely detail-oriented-able to provide accurate data and concise, meaningful reporting.
Must be self-directed, able to meet deadlines, work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented, professional, and fast paced environment.
Well-developed interpersonal communication skills and ability to successfully present complex material to senior leaders and employees.
