    Position summary

    , de planification et de gestion de projets dans l'exécution du Plan d'actions sectoriel.

    • Capitaliser sur les interactions passées pour influencer les KOL et mettre en place une stratégie de visite médicale à moyen terme.

    Excellence stratégique :

    • Mettre en place et piloter un Plan d'Action Sectoriel pour atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.

    • Identifier les enjeux, mettre en place des actions cross-fonctionnelles sur les comptes clés et contribuer au plan national.

    • Construire des stratégies d'influence auprès des médecins généralistes, pharmacies et autres spécialistes en collaboration avec les autres équipes.

    • Assurer un reporting de l'activité et suivre les KPI de performance du secteur.

    Profil requis :

    • Expérience confirmée dans la visite médicale hospitalière (de 5 ans à 10 ans).

    • Titulaire d'un diplôme scientifique ou commercial (Bac +3/4) ou de la VM

    • Capacités au niveau des techniques de ventes, de persuasion et conviction. Capacités analytiques

    • Attitude proactive, dévouement et ambition saine

    • Capacité de travailler par objectifs

    • Niveau expert sur le pack office et notamment Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Outlook

    • Anglais B2
