As Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Associate, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, create a vibrant workplace community, and ensure the smooth delivery of CRE services at our new Dallas hub location. This role includes oversight of day-to-day corporate office operations including supporting management of an on-site cafe.
Responsibilities
Operations
Responsible for overall security and safety of the office
Know and be able to implement emergency response plans
Act as an emergency point of contact out of hours
Promptly address customer tickets, ensuring no dead ends and immediate communication with customers in case of delays
Ensure daily floor walkthroughs are conducted, checking that the site meets Operational Excellence standards and fulfills the needs of customers and visitors
Maintain proactive maintenance program and ensure timely reactive repairs with minimal site disruption
Assist with development and management of site budget
Support business continuity for the location
Accountable for compliance with HSE regulations regarding statutory and building policies and procedures
Implement safety and emergency preparedness policies and procedures with staff
Conduct and lead annual fire drills, safety awareness and regular safety training
Café and breakroom support of operations management
Assist with management all aspects of the on-site café vendor including budget, menu planning and food service quality control
Cultivate strong relationships with cafe management, addressing concerns promptly and fostering a collaborative environment
Utilize customer feedback and analytics to enhance cafe offerings, organizing events and promotions to enrich the dining experience
Facilitate communication and engagement initiatives to promote cafe utilization and gather valuable feedback
Oversee office coffee, beverage and snack program and budget
Stakeholder management
Establish and maintain relationship with business unit site leads
Liaise with building property management and engineering
Partner with counterparts in IT, AV, Network, Procurement, Security, and Accounts Payable
Vendor management
Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation, nurturing positive partnerships for CRE services
Ensure compliance with vendor contracts, service level agreements, and performance expectations
Manage procurement processes efficiently, optimizing cost-effectiveness and quality
Create and maintain purchase order compliance
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
College graduate with a four-year degree or equivalent work experience required
Proven experience in office/facilities management and vendor management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration
Proficiency in office productivity tools and software for data analysis and reporting
