Credit and Collections Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer credit profiles; recommend credit limits within guidelines.

• Monitor overdue accounts and execute proactive collection strategies to reduce aged receivables.

• Engage with customers, sales, and finance teams to resolve payment issues and disputes.

• Perform reconciliations of open balances, unapplied payments, and credit memos.

• Maintain accurate AR data and documentation for audits and legal compliance.

• Prepare reports on collection status and provide recommendations to management.

• Support process improvements, system testing, and participate in special projects.

• Assist in implementing credit and collection policies and ensure adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Finance experience.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Knowledge of credit and collections processes; CBA/CBF certification is a plus.

• Willing to work 4 PM - 1 AM Manila time (EMEA support).
