    Position summary

    This role suits someone who enjoys structured delivery, customer interaction, and technical collaboration in a dynamic environment.
    What You'll Do

    • Lead multiple customer projects from kick‑off to delivery, on time and in scope

    • Act as the main point of contact for customers, running status meetings and managing expectations

    • Build and manage project plans, risks, and dependencies

    • Coordinate engineering, operations, and service delivery teams

    • Translate technical solutions into clear, customer‑friendly updates

    • Track progress, manage change, and report on milestones and KPIs

    What You Bring

    • Experience delivering customer‑facing projects in cloud, hosting, managed services, data centres, or IT infrastructure

    • Solid understanding of cloud, networking, and/or virtualisation concepts

    • Strong organisation and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple projects

    • Customer‑focused, proactive, and solution‑oriented

    • Fluent in English and Dutch

    Nice to Have

    • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)

    • Experience with enterprise or global customers

    • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet
