As a Facilities Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining our building and data center infrastructure. From routine inspections to high-stakes incident response, you'll be part of a team keeping our mission-critical systems running smoothly and safely.
? Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections and monitor building and data center alarms
Perform preventive maintenance on site infrastructure (including primary systems), or lead vendor activities
Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance tasks
Operate critical infrastructure under the supervision of senior technical staff
Complete site logs, gather operational data, and issue basic permits (MOPs and scripts)
Respond to on-site incidents and follow escalation protocols
Complete routine work requests and perform circuit installations
Assist during critical maintenance operations
Collaborate within the department and contribute to general maintenance activities
Execute basic infrastructure projects
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
2-3+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or data center operations
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform essential physical job functions (walking, standing, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
