Data Center Critical Facilities MEP Asset Lifecycle Principal
Job Summary
The Critical Facilities MEP Asset Lifecyle Principal reviews data center facilities equipment operation, service history and physical condition, makes recommendations on maintenance practice and performs project development for asset end of life refurbishment / replacement. This position will be based out of Miami but will also have responsibility for our Atlanta data centers, as well as provide support to WA DC and New York data centers.
Responsibilities
Physically walk the data centers
Review facility equipment operation, analyze system performance, and recommend changes to maintenance or operation to extend useful life of equipment
Compile asset end of life forecasts, review / prioritizes and develops projects for asset refurbishment / replacement / retrofit
Coordinates asset life cycle forecasting with energy efficiency team for alignment to 5 year plan efficiency targets
Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action
Collaborates across multi-functional and cross geographical teams
Qualifications
Proven understanding of MEP equipment operation in a mission critical environment
Proven experience in project planning, development and execution
Prior experience as a critical facilities manager strongly preferred
Electrical Engineering background preferred

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $143,000 to $235,000 per year
California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $137,000 to $225,000 per year
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $124,000 to $204,000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
