Job Description

As a Customer Operations Technician, you will need plenty of cabling experience and have the ability to utilise strong IT skills while seamlessly transitioning between hands-on work and administrative tasks. Experience in delivering excellent customer service is a huge bonus, as our customers, both internal and external, are of utmost importance to us. We want them to be important to you too!

Responsibilities
You will be involved in responding to customer requests
You will perform technical tasks on behalf of customers
You will install customer equipment in racks
You will lay cabling in the data center (UTP and fiber optic)
You will monitor and respond to alarm notifications
You will ensure proper documentation of customer work performed
Who you are?
You will have experience in Data Centres or an adjacent industry/ environment
Ideally you will have fibre experience
You are looking to upskill and develop and work closely as part of a team
You are self motivated and able to use judgement to make decision under the guidance of others
You speak/ write fluently in English (Dutch is beneficial but not required)
