Team Overview:

• The Global Technical Sales team is responsible for providing technology and thought leadership to our customers. This team support strategic sales engagements, drives technology adoption, and supports the global digital platform strategy of Equinix.

Assignments and Responsibilities:

• Delivery of a validated Data Center technical solution highlighting Equinix portfolio

• Deliver market research insights to senior executives across the globe, translating complex data into actionable recommendations

• Designed and test new workflow, improving internal efficiency
  and knowledge sharing.

• Implementation guides, instruction videos, white papers

• Fine-tuning global consistency sales response

Your takeaway:

• Our interns will be offered the opportunity to shadow Technical Sales leadership and practitioners in their daily role in key initiatives, strategic sales engagements, development of offers, repeatable solutions, and use cases as well as be given guided responsibility for the completion of a specific business required project.

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science background students welcome to apply

• Proficiency with Cloud Computing, Information Technology, AI/Artificial Intelligence networking, MSFT/AWS/Google certifications, Information Security - knowledge of networks, routing, applications, development languages, and strong presentation skills

• Have passion to be in sales function

• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks June-August in our Northeast office in person through hybrid set up.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
