    Position summary

    ss, and Channel. This role focuses on diagnosing GTM challenges, executing strategic programs within a 12-month horizon, and contributing to scalable solutions for long-term growth. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills, cross-functional collaboration, and GTM expertise in a global, matrixed environment.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Assessment & Solution Support

    • Analyze GTM challenges across functions and regions

    • Support design of solutions and transformation plans aligned with CRO priorities

    • Collaborate with GTM leadership to connect strategy with tactical execution

    Execution of Strategic Programs

    • Translate objectives into actionable programs with clear milestones and KPIs

    • Ensure alignment between CRO OKRs and transformation outcomes

    • Drive execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

    Sales Play & Planning Support

    • Assist in design and activation of Sales Plays, ensuring readiness and tracking

    • Contribute to GTM planning activities such as segmentation and prioritization

    • Partner with Enablement and GTM Ops to embed initiatives into frontline rhythms

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work with GTM leaders to align dependencies across strategy, systems, and processes

    • Provide insights and updates for leadership communications and reviews

    • Maintain structured communication and feedback loops for alignment

    Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

    • Monitor KPIs to measure impact of strategic programs

    • Use data and insights to optimize execution and inform adjustments

    • Support improvement of playbooks, tools, and processes based on feedback

    Team & Capability Development

    • Mentor team members to strengthen execution and strategic thinking

    • Promote a culture of agility, transparency, and collaboration

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years in strategy, consulting, or GTM roles, ideally in technology or related industries

    • Experience translating strategy into operational execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    • Ability to work in high-growth, matrixed organizations with global scope

    • Comfort with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement

    • Familiarity with GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, quoting platforms)

    United States - New York City Office NYO1 : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / Annual

    United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

    United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 163,000 - 245,000 USD / Annual

    United States - LA1 Los Angeles : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / Annual

    United States - Ashburn Office AEO : 150,000 - 224,000 USD / Annual

    Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual

    Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
