**
The HR System Analyst will play an integral role in the successful implementation of the HR Technology roadmap. They will bridge process and technology solutions to enhance the overall delivery of HR programs and services that supports Equinix's global manager and employee populations. The HR Systems Analyst is developing their HR systems expertise and resolves a variety of issues within a moderate scope.
Responsibilities
System Development
Gathers functional requirements and partners with team members to translate business needs into technical/functional requirements for business process and system configuration
Supports development of prototypes to showcase solutions or provide proof of concept
System Flow Documentation
Develops and maintains system global process flows and documentation, managing visios and updates to the system within a moderate scope
Completes and maintains security set up and role assignments for users
Project Plans
Edits and updates project plans, test scripts and other related documentation as needed
System Configuration
Completes moderate system configuration in alignment with prioritized list of changes in the HR Systems Roadmap
Participates in diagnosis and resolution of defects and complex issues related to system specialism
Issue Resolution
Responds to standard HR technology questions and partners with IT/vendors on issues resolution
Systems Administration
Assists with functional systems administrator duties to maintain day to day operations of HR related systems
Builds and generates HR reports & metrics
Supports in bulk upload and mass changes ensuring data integrity
Monitors process and system health; contributes to audits of processes and system access
System Testing
Supports team members with functional testing tasks
Assists with Unit & SIT
Contributes to training plans and materials for HR, Manager and Employees regarding employee systems
Qualifications
3+ year's experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
