Job Summary:
As HR Services Senior Analyst you will be the subject matter expert who provides customer service support to managers and employees. You will be responsible to respond to employee inquiries, manage HR processes and services, handle data management in HRIS (Workday), collaborate with the payroll team, manage benefits operations, support audits, ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, and provide operational assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for APAC Benefits, Rewards, and Payroll operations to achieve operational excellence.
Handle and resolve escalations related to Benefits, Rewards, and Payroll.
Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) in designated functional areas.
Coordinate with different HR operational teams to ensure data quality in HRIS (Workday) and Service Now. Generate various reports.
Address operational issues and provide regular feedback to team members.
Participate in ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in human resources operations, preferably in the APAC region.
HRIS data maintenance experience, preferably with knowledge of Workday.
Good understanding of HR payroll processes.
Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and follows procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, able to work independently.
Demonstrates strong security and confidentiality practices.
Proactive, meticulous, and committed.
Good team player, able to work with staff at all levels.
