Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified professional to join our IT team. This role is crucial for ensuring our technological environment's efficient and stable operation.
What You Will Be Doing
Plan, implement, manage, and support the tools that make up the IT infrastructure ecosystem, including monitoring solutions, Patch Management, and configuration management.
Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, network, security, and support teams.
Identify and resolve complex issues related to the tools, supporting end-users, maintaining updates, and providing improvements.
Implement and maintain security measures, following market policies and best practices.
Analyze performance and capacity, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing configurations.
Provide efficient technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly.
Implement projects, ensuring their completion on time and within budget.
Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, generating performance reports, security audits, and incident responses.
What Do We Expect That You Have
Experience with at least two market monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.).
Advanced expertise in monitoring tools and observability practices.
Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc.).
Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
Basic knowledge of REST APIs, automation, and integration with third-party tools.
Desirable knowledge in modern observability (metrics, logs, traces).
Ability to develop automation scripts for operational tasks (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Desirable certifications in specific tools (e.g., Zabbix Certified Specialist).
ITIL certification.
Proven track record of successful project management in IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in English for conversation, used in meetings and emails daily.
What Will Be the Difference If You Have
Extensive experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
Strong scripting skills for automation and operational efficiency.
Additional certifications in relevant tools and methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to IT challenges.
Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), VMWare, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
