Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our IT team. This role is crucial for ensuring our technological environment's efficient and stable operation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan, implement, manage, and support the tools that make up the IT infrastructure ecosystem, including monitoring solutions, Patch Management, and configuration management.

• Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, network, security, and support teams.

• Identify and resolve complex issues related to the tools, supporting end-users, maintaining updates, and providing improvements.

• Implement and maintain security measures, following market policies and best practices.

• Analyze performance and capacity, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing configurations.

• Provide efficient technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly.

• Implement projects, ensuring their completion on time and within budget.

• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, generating performance reports, security audits, and incident responses.

What Do We Expect That You Have

• Experience with at least two market monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.).

• Advanced expertise in monitoring tools and observability practices.

• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.

• Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, automation, and integration with third-party tools.

• Desirable knowledge in modern observability (metrics, logs, traces).

• Ability to develop automation scripts for operational tasks (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

• Desirable certifications in specific tools (e.g., Zabbix Certified Specialist).

• ITIL certification.

• Proven track record of successful project management in IT infrastructure.

• Proficiency in English for conversation, used in meetings and emails daily.

What Will Be the Difference If You Have

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.

• Strong scripting skills for automation and operational efficiency.

• Additional certifications in relevant tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to IT challenges.

• Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), VMWare, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
