Responsibilities
Deliver operational support for deployed network, security, and Linux system environments.
Monitor systems and perform incident identification, analysis, and resolution.
Execute adjustments and configurations on network and security equipment following established procedures.
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) activities, including configuring equipment from scratch when necessary.
Interact with vendors and suppliers to open, track, and resolve technical support cases.
Operate in compliance with incident, request, and change management processes.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational records.
Ensure adherence to information security policies, internal standards, and IT governance best practices.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Fortigate firewalls.
Experience with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
Understanding of SD-WAN concepts and operation.
Familiarity with Sophos firewalls.
Proficiency in Linux, including command execution, service verification, and log analysis.
Knowledge of Apache and MySQL.
Advanced English for verbal and written communication, technical documentation reading, and vendor interaction.
Work Model: Hybrid - 2x per week at the office.
Location: RJ1 - R. Voluntários da Pátria, 360 - Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22270-010.
Schedule: 12x36, from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
