    Responsibilities

    Account Research

    • Research target accounts and identify key decision makers and personas

    • Acquire key/targeted personas using a variety of modern sales enablement tools

    Customer Communication

    • Generate interest, qualify leads, and grow the sales pipeline via proactive phone outreach, emails, and social media within the assigned territory

    Territory Management & Strategy

    • Develop leads to stimulate new business, coordinating second-level meetings/calls for Account Executives

    • Collaborate with Managers, Inside Sales Associates, and Account Executives to create targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging that drive sales opportunities

    • Monitor social media and online channels for emerging sales opportunities and leads

    Cross-Functional Team Coordination

    • Follow up on marketing campaigns and provide detailed feedback on their effectiveness to Sales Management and Marketing Managers

    • Actively participate in regional sales team meetings and calls

    • Collaborate with Marketing to support regional events

    Reporting

    • Accurately record and document all calls, emails, meetings, tours, and sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC)

    • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative

    Building Customer Relationships

    • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts and prospects across Latin America

    Qualifications

    • Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred)

    • Strong focus on building lasting relationships with potential clients across Latin America

    • Expertise in account research and prospecting via multiple channels

    • Proven background in territory management and cross-functional collaboration

    • CRM (SFDC/Salesforce) proficiency for tracking and reporting activities

    • Advanced Excel skills: proficiency in complex functions, data analysis, and PivotTables

    • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint for effective collaboration and presentations
