Responsibilities
Account Research
Research target accounts and identify key decision makers and personas
Acquire key/targeted personas using a variety of modern sales enablement tools
Customer Communication
Generate interest, qualify leads, and grow the sales pipeline via proactive phone outreach, emails, and social media within the assigned territory
Territory Management & Strategy
Develop leads to stimulate new business, coordinating second-level meetings/calls for Account Executives
Collaborate with Managers, Inside Sales Associates, and Account Executives to create targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging that drive sales opportunities
Monitor social media and online channels for emerging sales opportunities and leads
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Follow up on marketing campaigns and provide detailed feedback on their effectiveness to Sales Management and Marketing Managers
Actively participate in regional sales team meetings and calls
Collaborate with Marketing to support regional events
Reporting
Accurately record and document all calls, emails, meetings, tours, and sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC)
Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
Building Customer Relationships
Establish relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts and prospects across Latin America
Qualifications
Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred)
Strong focus on building lasting relationships with potential clients across Latin America
Expertise in account research and prospecting via multiple channels
Proven background in territory management and cross-functional collaboration
CRM (SFDC/Salesforce) proficiency for tracking and reporting activities
Advanced Excel skills: proficiency in complex functions, data analysis, and PivotTables
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint for effective collaboration and presentations
