The Role
As Legal Counsel, Global Contracts, you will support our most strategic customers, including those purchasing hyperscale services globally. You will manage the full contract lifecycle-from pre-contract RFP through final negotiations-facilitating essential processes for contract closure (e.g., obtaining approvals) and collaborating with global teams. Your responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex contracts, advising on contractual issues and risk, and driving process improvements to simplify operations and modernize tools. These contracts are highly complex and focus on large footprint opportunities, requiring strong business understanding, agility, and appropriate governance for market-leading customers.

Qualifications and Skills
Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification) from a recognized institution.
3-6 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house.
Experience in negotiating and drafting complex contracts.
Ability to manage and organize large deals/projects under deadline pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
Strong ability to manage competing priorities daily.
Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work globally and proficiently use technology tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and relationship management across multiple departments.
