• Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents (L2/L3), including high‑priority (P1) issues

• Take part in a 24x7 on-call rotation, providing out-of-hours support when needed

• Carry out regular maintenance activities such as firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and migrations

• Work closely with global teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and plan upcoming changes

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and post-mortem reports

• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and the evolution of the infrastructure

What You Bring

• A technical background in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Hands-on experience in network and security operations environments

• Solid knowledge of:

  • Routing and switching in multivendor environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Arista, Juniper, VyOS)

  • Network protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, and VRRP

  • Security platforms including FortiGate, NSX, or SDN solutions

  • Monitoring and diagnostic tools

• The confidence to lead technical tasks in critical environments and collaborate effectively across teams

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, in an international setting

• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Nice to Have

• Relevant technical certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Juniper, or VMware NSX

• Experience or knowledge in network automation using tools like Python or Ansible
