Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager for the APAC Data Reconciliation Team. This hybrid role, located in Warsaw or London, combines team leadership with hands-on data reconciliation efforts and requires at least 5 hours of overlap with APAC business hours. To ensure alignment with the APAC region, the workday for this position will begin daily at 5:00 AM GMT. The role also requires in-office presence twice a week.
Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and support the APAC Data Reconciliation Team
Ensure compliance with established standards, processes, and best practices
Plan team growth and manage resources effectively
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of escalation for stakeholder issues
Manage expectations across functions and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
Proactively identify relevant stakeholders and foster collaboration
Project Management & Delivery
Oversee and guide the team in executing projects on time, within budget, and to scope
Develop project plans, charters, and risk assessments
Reporting & Analytics
Create dashboards and status reports highlighting project risks, issues, and progress
Provide ad-hoc and periodic reporting as required
Process Improvement & Change Management
Identify process gaps and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
Update process documentation and oversee post-deployment monitoring and analysis
Testing & Requirements
Oversee or conduct user acceptance testing and manage test case development
Risk & Resource Management
Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and developers to ensure solutions meet requirements
Manage team resources and budgets, resolving any escalated issues
Advise the team on risk management and control mechanisms
Qualifications
Proven experience in team and people leadership
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field preferred
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Suite, and SQL
Strong knowledge of telecommunications and internet technologies
Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Siebel, CapLogix, SingleView, DART)
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with executive leadership
Ability to travel as needed
