    Position summary

    tablishes procedures that affect section or multiple disciplines. Decisions impact others in the immediate team and influences methods and techniques. Executes financials, business planning, organizational priorities and workforce.

    Responsibilities

    Leadership

    • Assigns, instructs, and manages team

    • Plans core duties for the team to complete

    • Manages and supervises the project team and acts as a mentor to team members

    • Identifies and resolves issues, and manages quality of products for customers

    • Manages the project team

    Systems Support

    • Troubleshooting and fault resolution of reported/detected faults by investigating the issue, identifying the cause and implementing the required fix

    • Summarizes the findings during the troubleshooting and produces Incident Reports for the customer

    • Mentors team on authoring reports

    Installation

    • · Understands and applies customer cabling requirements, manages site surveys, provides cost estimates to Sales and installation of new cables

    • Manages testing of cables, before handing to customer

    Vendor Management

    • Manages, briefs, and instructs vendors for installation, testing, and labeling

    Maintenance

    • Manages preventive maintenance to Data Center equipment to prevent faults from occurring

    Project Management

    • Manages multiple projects and designates work to team

    • Monitors project budget, scope, and progress

    Technical Expertise

    • Extensive knowledge in network and equipment platforms, systems, and circuits

    • Assists in implementing new procedures

    Qualification

    • Fluent English required

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • Previous experience as a Team Leader.

    • Solid previous experience with mission critical environment / Data Center
