    Position summary

    contracts, and seamless coordination of engineering workflows. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity within the Maximo system and acting as the central hub for Engineering Operations Management. You will partner closely with Global Design & Construction (GDC) for asset handover and coordinate the movement of Change Requests (CR) and Methods of Procedure (MOP) to ensure senior engineering approvals are completed within stipulated timeframes.

    Responsibilities

    Asset Management (Maximo)

    • Lifecycle Governance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records within Maximo across the lifecycle, with a focus on EOL Assets (Decommissioning or Extension) and Asset Incompleteness audits

    • Technical Onboarding: Partner with the GDC team to create and activate new assets, including Location IDs and Company IDs, for new builds and existing Data Center sites

    • System Discipline: Weekly tracking of AWO (Administrative Work Order) status and PM due dates. Monitor for Active CM/CD work orders and ensure Labor Hours are correctly recorded by site engineers

    Contract Management (Maintenance & Services)

    • Contract Administration: Lead administrative activities for maintenance contracts, including setup, renewals, and amendments. Ensure all contracts are accurately reflected in Maximo and aligned to the correct assets

    • Vendor Governance: Lead the preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), tracking contract validity, service coverage, and key performance milestones

    • Stakeholder Coordination: Support coordination with vendors and procurement to resolve contract-related issues or gaps in service coverage

    Engineering Operations Management

    • MOP/CR Workflow Coordination: Record and track the end-to-end movement of MOPs and CRs. Ensure these are routed to senior engineers and approved within the required timeframe to avoid project delays

    • Critical Activity Tracking: Manage the Weekly Critical Activities tracker to provide visibility on high-risk site works across the region

    • Operational Reporting: Produce the Monthly OPS reports and track action items from Monthly Data Center reviews to ensure engineering goals are met

    • Process Alignment: Monitor for site engineer "miss ups" of Work Orders and provide ad-hoc reminders to maintain operational standards and audit readiness

    • Maintenance Audit & Performance Improvement: Conduct on-site maintenance audits to assess adherence to approved MOPs, maintenance standards, and best practices. Partner with Data Center teams to identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement of operational performance and reliability

    Documentation & Training

    • Standardization: Draft and maintain asset, contract, and engineering management documentation, including procedures and work instructions

    • Training Support: Assist in developing training materials for site engineers regarding Maximo usage and engineering documentation standards

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in asset management, engineering operations support, facilities, or a related coordination role

    • System Expertise: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems

    • Process Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering document workflows (MOP/CR) and track compliance against deadlines

    • Educational Background: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
