The Sales Operations Analyst I provides analysis and case support on sub-territories.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
Executes specific pieces of an overall strategy analysis with finite deliverables
Program Support/Implementation
Participates in cross-functional projects by taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables
Reporting and Analytics
Collects data and supports standard reporting cycles in standard formats on daily, weekly, or monthly basis
Executes ad-hoc analysis as needed with close supervision or support from others
Process Improvement
Executes department, sub-territory, or smaller territories, or Rep process improvements
Supports team members and other internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, IT, customer support) on basic system integration/upgrade projects
Sales Operations Support
Handles standard cases submitted by sales ops or sales reps in an efficient manner
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Proven years experience preferred
