The Sales Transactions Administrator handles administrative tasks for account executives and sales representatives related to all transactional requests.
Responsibilities
Transactional Processing
Is recognized and respected as a senior member of the support team
Maintains the ability to work all transactional requests with no supervision
Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure transactional support
Takes on large project work and supports all external requests related to established process
Secures all necessary approvals for all transactional requests
Maintains the highest performance as it relates to established KPI's and SLO's
Shows the ability and drive to become a lead within the sales support team
Is required to be involved in system UAT Testing as needed
Data Validation
Ensures that all requests are processed accurately as per the request
Is required to investigate data issues related to specific transactions
Service Order Validation & Configuration
Is recognized and respected as a senior member of the order management team
Maintains the ability to work with no supervision
Assures accuracy of sales engineering specifications as per CRD documentation
Maintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO's
Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure order management tasks
Takes on large project work and support all external requests related to established process
Maintains the highest performance as it relates to established KPI's and SLO's
Shows the ability and drive to become a lead within the order management team
Qualifications
1+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
